| My entry for the month of June is a plea for help. A few days ago, I came across this street sign on a website. I looked at it very carefully for hours... and I still have no idea what the sign means. Is it a warning sign? Is it a traffic sign?

I'd like to hear your opinions on this one.
Here is what I came up with: -The two trains are "leafing" (get it? Leaving). -Warning: Trains will kiss when they are under the mistletoe.

| About four months ago, I was introduced to this website:
http://www.paulsadowski.com/BirthDay.asp
Before you click on that link, let me tell you a short story. Ever since I was smart enough to count past ten, I tried counting things that are impossible to count. For example, I tried counting my hair... only to lose count at twenty-something. It's not that I don't know any number past twenty, but I come across a hair that i'm not sure I counted already. I've tried counting the stars only to lose my place after the tenth or eleventh star. Same goes for sand.
"Well, that's just crazy, kats! Why don't you count something that's more plausible!"
Well, once, I tried to count how many days I have been alive. sadly, I've lost count due to my careless mistakes and the many leap years that I forget to take into account. Well, thanks to this website, my counting problems have come to an end. It's called the "birthday calculator." It gives you all the answers to the questions you may have about the day you were born. On this website, it even tells you how many days you have been living. So I counted ahead a few months, and I realized that my May 16th is a once in a lifetime special day for me.
What is this special day? well, MAY 16th is my 10,000th [not 100,000th - thanks charlie for the heads up!] day alive. Amazing, ain't it!? I was born in the morning of Dec 29th in Japan, so that means the evening of May 15th is the exact date of my 10,000th day alive! WOO HOO!
Who wants to celebrate with me?

| The mystery is finally solved. Yes, Christianity is fully of mysteries, and some of them have yet to be answered. One of the biggest mysteries (okay, not the biggest, but it keeps popping up) is usually brought to my attention when you pray.
You know when you pray, and end with, "In Jesus' Name, Amen"? Have you ever wondered if it's supposed to be JESUS' (apostrophe comes after the S) or JESUS'S (pronounced, jee zus ez)?
Well, according to Lynn Truss, any BIBLICAL name that ends with a "s" is required to have an "apostrophe S". For exmaple, "James's, Barnabas's, etc..."
BUT!!!!!
There is two exceptions. One is Moses' name. The apostrophe goes last. And other acception? You guessed it. The name of Jesus. It should be written, Jesus'.
So there you have it. I better not catch you saying, "In Jesus's name..." Or to be safe, you can just say, "In the name of Jesus," or just not use his name at all... like "in your heavenly son's name..."
Good to know, eh?

| Today, we studied Romans chapter 13. We talked about it for nearly two hours. And here is our conclusion:
"Do not sell telephones to spiders." Deep.... very deep. Indeed.
Oh, and on an interesting note, it's been raining a lot lately. And this means its time to brag: "I, Kats, have not held an umbrella in ten years." Boo yah!
